This unfortunately leads you into a Loop whereby a 3rd player has to use the Limehouse Clause which hasn't been implemented since 1986 (I think) because of the floods.
Unfortunately you have confused Taylor's Rules with Brooke-Taylor's Rules which state quite categorically that Marble Arch is in a Parallel Zone in a year ending in 7 and therefore can only be reached when accompanied by a Bishop. However, if you play your Chance Card (Cryer-Garden amendment 2004) then the Ace of Diamonds is wild and you have a free throw. Hope this clears things up.
Aldwych (which is always a dangerous move)
