what are the rules reguarding the hours of education when you are claiming child benifit
and what part time hours are you allowed to work whilst
claiming child benifit.

I was always under the impression that child benefit was not means tested so it shouldn't make any difference.

The parent who is claiming the child benefit or the relevant child who is perhaps over 16 and in some form of further education?
