Thanks builder. With these advanced puzzles the setter does not give the individual letter count for a clue of more than one word. The only indication is that this particular clue is a total of 9 letters made up of two words, but that could be anything from 1,8 through to 5.4.!!

Those of a sensitive disposition should look away [I'm still sensitive after being unceremoniously censored here for suggesting that I might occasionally get a bit "pi**ed" - that's "pie-eyed" for any shrinking violets looking in].
Anyway, for 13D you need a slightly more lascivious view of what "cup holders" are.
"Some" is PART backwards all right but money is BRASS - so put one in the other ("Oh Missus") and you get BRA-STRAPS.
