My emails have started arriving in my deleted items folder - why should this suddenly happen and how do I right it please

sounds like you have junk mail filtering on, as for how to correct would need more info, what mail client do you use or is it a web based account.

Thanks for trying to help - I think I do have junk mail filter on but have decided to ask a friend of my husband to help who would be hands on. Thanks again
