How come 17 days after she was found, she's still not home with her parents? There's something strange there.

It was reported a couple of days ago that social services were considering taking her into care a few days before she went "missing". I say "missing" as I am not longer totally convinced she actually was in the conventional sense.
after watching that documentary shot whilst she was supposedly 'missing' im not suprised she doesnt want to return to that hovel of a home ive seen cleaner rat holes.i feel sorry for her with a family like that, they are the pits, the dregs of society and they dont deserve kids.i wouldnt trust them to look after my dog. i hope shannon can find some happiness somewhere with someone who can give her some care, love and attention.
Along similar lines, I was walking behind a mum and her 2 little girls earlier today. The mum was yelling at the older child for not brushing her f****ng hair this morning. The girl said that her little sister didn't either, the mum them said that the little one was only f****ng 4 years old and that she can't bruch her own f****ng hair and the older girl should have bloody well helped her. All this, in public, god alone knows what goes on in private. I almost had tears in my eyes thinking about what sort of life those little girls have got.
I dare bet now he's under arrest the mother starts talking- I think she was scared to say much while he was there. The sad thing is, there are other children still living there with her. Her parents weren't afraid to speak out, perhaps she will build bridges with them. It's hard to see unhappy kids - I work in a comprehensive school in the village where I have lived all my life and had my eyes opened when I started there - I didn't realise there was so many "problem" families in my neighbourhood.
