I have a125cc motorbike and I am having trouble with the front disc brake releasing, it does release but takes sometime to do this, the brake doesn't lock on but it I can feel it rubbing. The bike is only three years old, I have changed the pads and changed the fluid but makes no difference. Thanks

its not the disc thats sticking its probably that the piston in the caliper is not retracting properly you will need to remove the brake pads and inspect the piston or pistons to see if it is working freely or not

Also take the pads out and push the piston in then refit the pads and use the brake to bring them back into contact with the disc, this usually frees them.

Clean any hardened dust on the calipers.
This is a common problem and removing the pads and pushing the piston out with the brake lever will expose enough of the piston for you to clean it up. Clean any obvious dirt or oxidisation off it but try not to scratch the piston. It will difficult to push back the piston back into place but a G clamp or similar can be used. If the piston is badly damaged it will have to be replaced along with the rubber seal. When you have finished check the brakes and spin the wheel to see if is still binding. A tiny amount is of binding is ok as the amount the pads move is so small.
