      A neighbour of ours always puts lots of fruit in coleslaw, including sultanas, pineapple and glace cherries.Trouble is, I tried it once and it was just plain vile when I did it.I can only think we must have had lots of booze at the neighbour's parties!

Ciderapple, i like your way of thinking! I wouldn't mind using that recipe, however it might be a bit hard getting the vital ingredient, Johnny Depp!!
Ezapf, try adding a bit of green pesto to the coleslaw.
