I need to write to someone in prison, I know which prison they are at and what wing they are on but I need to get hold of their prison number. If I ring the jail will they be able to give this information out ot me?

Make sure you put their initials as well, and if you do send a postal order it has to be made payable to HMP as its spent at the prison shop and mention it in the letter to your friend or he may not get it.
Dont leave it blank.
