However, there's nothing like toasted mature cheddar with worcester sauce on !!!

I agree - Mature cheddar and worcester sauce is a very tasty snack, but what are these tradional toppings called?
Welsh Rarebit often has ale in it.. and since it also contains cheese and is grilled, I guess that would qualify !
