OMG!!! Please down make yourself vomit. It will ruin your teeth. Then you will have another problem to deal with. You do have to exercise. They say 3 times a week at 30 minutes each. But, you have to be motivated. And you also have to remember, the older you get, the harder it is to lose weight. About every 10 yrs, your body slows down. At 30, 40 and so on. But, if you are still young, like in your 20's, then just cut out the junk food and get outside and do something, or just simply do some type of exercise. ( If you are a teenager, then stop watching TV and get away from the computer!!!)
