OBE/Paralysis

I have been dealing with OBE's for about a year. The last one I had was almost a week ago and this time I was able to open my eyes and could see a beautiful blue sky and a bright green tree branch. I could hear a male voice, a very deep voice. I eventually understood what he was trying to say. He was stressing the point that I needed to lay down. Who could this voice has been?
