At the end of the episode on saturday night, Gibbs was looking at Hip Flask and before he drank raised it and said 'Simper Fi' (apologies about poor Spelling). It then said it again in the titles - adding to all marines. Can anyone tell me that it means. Many thanks in advance.

Sempa Fi, which is short for Sempa Fidelis which is Latin for Always Faithful
