Generic Host Process for Win32 Services

Dear Friends and Experts of Answerbank. For last few days I am facing the following problem during Internet browsing, and for the reason Internet Functions stops and has to re-boot the system. Any suggestions to get rid of the problem, I shall be highly Obliged.
O/S. Windows XP (SP2), clean Install no Parasite is dedtected either with Kaspersky Internet Security or Trend Micro Internet Security Pro.
