Goldfish seems dead?

Hi all,
I've got a Goldfish in my small pond in the back garden, it is floating head first at the side, it looks as if it's got a pocket of air inside it's abdomen stopping it from swimming under the water.
Does anyone know what this is and how to deal with it?

my friend told me about his gold fish that done this...i think they bought some treatment for swim bladdr or float bladder i cant remember. i think its just some air traped in teh bladder.
