2. Lasagne made with Aberdeen Angus minced steak, roasted tomato garlic and herb sauce, baked golden and bubbling with a four-cheese bechamel topping

or 3. My Finger-lickin' golden fried chicken
bathed in buttermilk first, then dipped into my secret dozen herb and spice mix the fried until golden
