If you get six points ..then yes.

God knows what your insurance will be like when you repass your test.

For each offence you will receive a minimum of three points, making six in total.

Your full licence will be revoked by the DVLA (there is no right of appeal against this). You will still be able to drive, but only as a provisional licence holder. You will have to take both parts of your test again.
OMG did your instructor not tak eyou through the laws of the road?

I know that it is difficult not to 'keep up with everyone else' but I guess it is true what they say, you learn to drive after you have passed your test and I think that this will be your first lesson however hard it seems.

Having only been caught speeding once in over twenty years of driving, I guess that I am either very lucky, know how to avoid or maybe sensible enough to look out for the signs of a speed trap.

Hope it all works out for you but as New Judge mentioned, prepare to have to take the tests over again.
3 words for you.....lets hope so
(then he will turn round scratcing his ar$e wondering why his insurance is so dear.)
