Personally - I prefer fishcakes! Evening all - glad to see the intellectual discussions are continuing for my all new nightly after work wind-downs. Although I'm fairly new to this site, I frequently find my thoughts wandering to you guys during the day wondering what on earth you're going on about. Just about managed to resist the temptation to look at work tho - the computer use is monitored...philistines!
o.k. I have been sussed ...

I'm a Tory trying to create a working class background in order to get votes from up North.

I used to drink 19 pints of lager when I was young ...

Anyone see that cartoon series on ITV sunday night ...the new spitting image
dot, we answered marks question very early on and he started going on about abba, not sure how the fish fingers came into it, but we have had a very long discussion on the merits of said food stuff.

i like fishcakes to stonekicker but preferably from the chippy!

Didnt see that randyraven, was it any good?
Guilty ..it was me ...

You sound experienced on taking the cane there randyraven!
I have never had fish fingers on a sandwich - I have never felt the need to slap them in bread - they are already coated in breadcrumbs. What am i missing? Is this an english thing? I have eaten a few weird things on a sandwich including a pie, so it's not that I am not inventive, but fish fingers has just never entered my mind.
Yes I have the scars to show ....

Anyway on that mental picture of my scarred butt I have left you with ...sorry about the nightmares tonight ...I'm off to bed with my cup of hot milk and hot water bottle ...

Night all ....
goodnight randy, nice chatting to ya!

annie, you are missing out ! Get yourself a fish finger sarnie as soon as is possible! plenty of vinegar and some ketchup if you like it! Heaven!
The News i have just been listening to said anyone with a 100K mortgage should save 16.00 per month.
thats the same as i heard info bank! But isnt that only if the banks pass it on to the customers or something?
Only if the Building society or bank pass it onto customers...
Very bad if they dont.
Ever noticed how quickly they Impose extra charges and how slow they are to pass on savings to us.????
you all think you are hard done and have a big chip on your shoulders , read this book , A THOUSAND SPLENDID SUNS , you will be ashamed of your constant winging , ( well maybe not )
Hi Julie - I usually have tartare sauce or hp with my fish - I m sure that those will work just as well, I will need to raid the kids fishfingers and have a go tomorrow!
oooh tartare is good annie! lwet me know your verdict!
Yo! People save a few pounds per month...but then pay it all back again in increased water charges, Council Tax......

Bit disheartening really - x
