Peugeot dog advert
I am writing concerning the Peugeot Dog advert where one dog is seen signing in a car it then switches to a dog in a queue.
The dog in the queue looks very distressed , it looks scared, tail is down (which always means dog is not happy) agitated and is shaking / quivering.
Now I know adverts like TV programs are vetted to make sure they are can be aired and it may have something to do with the advert but too me looks very cruel to put a dog through this.
Even if it was trained to do this it looks to be very uncomfortable and reckon un-orthodox methods were used to train a dog to act that way.. The poor dog is scared witless.
Comments anyone ?

It was 2 seperate dogs (he had a stunt double!) There was a huge article on it in the Mail on Sunday. Apparently they put the stunt dog on a vibrating plate so that it looked like he was shaking. I'll see if I can dig out the article online as it was actually quite amusing and there was certainly no evidence of animal cruelty!
I did think it may have been computer trickery but not so sure - at least not the only one who thought was bad hence its been removed.
Ethel the NSPCC adverts Im sure always displays tiny wording to say that none of the children were harmed besides they are all probably actors, for a natural animal to behave the way it was forced to (if not computerised) is much different.

on a second look at the advert the suggestion of chemicals being used in the production of the advert is ludicrous. if you watch the jaw line of the dog you can evidently see that the whole mouth has been computor generated. think of films such as disneys "snow dogs" which use simillar techniques.
as for the shaking outside of the car when the dog is in view you cannot see the dogs feet on purpose to hide the vibrating plate.

one more thing, forget complaining about the animatrix of the dog, hes not even wearing a seat belt!, tut tut tut, you should be ashamed of yourself!!!!!
