Scottish actor?

Can anyone help me with the name of this Scottish actor? He's small and stocky, in his 40's - been in loads of stuff like Taggart and Still Game. Has dark hair and the best way to describe him is he has really bad pock marks all over his face - like acne. Sorry - that's the best way to describe him! Can anyone help? I saw him at the train station the other day but can't mind his name.

Off the top of my head, I'm thinking Ken Stott, but as he's quite well-known now, that's probably not him, but just wanted to say that I find that skin type very attractive in a man! Tommy Lee Jones et al! x

I still think it's Matt Costello who plays Stevie the Bookie in Still Game. He was also in Taggart.
