Orange pay as you go return

I bought an orange payg phone from the orange shop yesterday for my wife. She really does not like it and i wondered does anyone know their policy for returning the handset will i be able to exchange the handset for a different model or even get my money back?

Has she opened the box? Most places won't accept the phone back if the seal on the box has been broken.

The fact that she doesn't like it is neither here nor there, you may be able to swap it for a different model but I doubt very much that you will get your money back.

unless it's on sale, orange will take it back within 14 days.

Well we called the shop and they just came back with a NO, this does seem very unfair.
