TV on my PC

Hello - I've just bought a Hewlett Packard Pavilion with a TV card and I want to fix it up to watch TV. However, my aerial is for Freeview. I bought a Freeview box but have no idea how to connect everything up - how can I use a scart lead when the size of the connection on the back of the PC is much smaller than that on the box.
All scart leads seems to have big connecting bits!
I'm a girlie and I'm struggling - please help!

It is possible that the tv is digital - have you checked?

If so, just connect the aerial to the card.
