Trying to find the title of a British film about teenagers called (I think) Jessica and Tom. Tom initially appears kind of backward, sleeps mainly in a forest. Jessica & Tom have a romantic soul-mate relationship. Various scenes about sexual abuse, teenagers & parents, and Catholicism. Tom ends up killing Jessica's neighbour (for having abused her) and suicides. I wouldn't mind seeing the whole thing, so tips would be appreciated. Thanks.

i think the film was called "My brother Tom".

Definately 'My Brother Tom'. Released in 2001. Written and directed by Dom Rotheroe.

yeah, it was on TV recently.  Bizarre little film.  But then we brits are good at those.  Similar to Morvern Callar, you might enjoy that too.
