Does anyone know a site where I could download cinematics for FF8? And no, i'm not interested in Lime Wire or any other downloading site like that.

If you're not interested in those, you're out of luck. Hosting such movies on websites is both illegal and massively expensive due to the amount of traffic.

You may be able to find someones FTP if you search long and hard in forums. P2P is your best bet though.
