I bought a used car about 2 months ago from a reputable dealer. From the outset, the heated rear windscreen has not been working. the dealer has acknowledged this and it's been in for repair - 3 times and still not working!! Hopefully 4th time lucky! Am I entitled to any sort of compensation (no matter how small - it's the principle - even half a tank of petrol!)?
The best form of advertising is yourself, put this to them when you ask, what you have asked on here & make a ;point in telling them that you have a few friends looking for cars!! T.W.R.
