Got any remedies for early morning furry tongue escpecialy after a cup of tea

The milk in tea doesn't help. Oral hygiene is important so after cleaning and flossing your teeth - use your brush on your tongue!

I know, I know! Get yourself down to a large Boots store. In with the toothbrushes etc, look for an Oolit tongue scraper / cleanser. It is a piece of round, serrated plastic with a handle which you can use to get all the 'fur' and coating from your tongue. Costs about �3.
