There is a method we used in the Army for usin g the 'tracing paper' toilet paper we got in ration packs that really works
1) Fold parer in half
2) Fold in half again
3) Tear of one corner, put torn corner between lips
4) Poo
5) Open remaining paper
6) insert finger into the circle left when you tore of the corner, pull parer down finger (carefully)
7) Wipe 4rse with finger
8)Pull paper of finger
9) Remove torn of corner from between lips
10) Scrape fingernail with pointy bit on torn of corner
