How can I throw a penny twenty feet without using human force?

The answer is to use another type of force... for example hold the penny in your hand and go for a ride on a fairground attraction that creates cetrifugal force. Make sure that you're firmly strapped in and then open up your hand. The penny will continue moving.

You could do the same thing by putting the penny on the roof of your car ensuring that it was held in place by  some device and drive quickly.. As soon as you have sufficient speed, jump on the brakes releasing the  penny.  etc etc
