Name players that have the same second name as the first name of their manager. Ther is definitely one maybe more.

When this question first came out (regarding the Premiership), there were 3 answers:
Stephen Gerrard - Gerrard Houllier (Liverpool)
Finidi George - George Burley (Ipswich)
Lauren Robert - Bobby (Robert) Robson (Newcastle)

Considering all these teams's managers have changed since then, I am not 1005 sure if there are any more.
