Senior ones even -effing jobsworth creeps -would be cops with their snazzy bulletproof vests -well now I know why they need them !!!!!!

Renovating a flat -access on a pedestrionised part of the city -need a permit weekly for the builder to park.

It has come to a Seniors' notice that no-one goes to the van and it sits there everyday -what-do they stand in the middle of a damned city and watch !!!!!!!!

He needs it there for his goddalmed tools -and also to transport wood and such like !

I have just lost it big time -I mean WTF do we pay Council Tax for if we cant get access to the flat ro renovate the bleeding thing..

Plus does he think we are paying nigh on a grand a week for tradesman -for the courstey of a bleeding parking permit.

Effing fools -thanks for listening -feel better -think the guy on the other end of the phone has just been signed off with stress !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks peeps -my hairdresser just came in and has managed to diffuse not only my hair but me as well -glass of wine now working its way into the bloodstream as I type -and reeelaxx -erseholes tho -you must admit -I mean how far down can the peak of their caps go -do they have to touch their noses - and reeeeeelaaaxxx !!!!
