breast reduction
I am 22, a size 14 and have a 32GG chest. For years I have thought about a reduction and have always been discouraged, by my mother and boyfriend. But they make me miserable. I cant wear the clothes I would like without looking like a tart, I get the wrong kind of attention etc.
I'm unbelievably scared of going under the knife, anesthetic and the pain afterwards. Has anyone been through this and what are their opinions..

They have to basically cut the nipple out to remove the 'fat '(?) around it to reduce the mass, and then sew it all back together. It all looked very unpleasant, but I think the woman was very happy with the result.
My friend had it done and said that it was the best thing she has ever decided to do! It was painful and uncomfortable but well worth. I expect you have a miserable time in terms of back pain and limited waredrobe/activities due to your breast size - and a breast reduction would appear a worthwhile option as long as it is a carefully considered decision. However, before considering drastic surgery, it may be worth considering losing some weight? (I don't know how tall you or in proportion of course so i am not making assumptions that you are overweight) It's just from personal experience, and having a sizeable chest myself, I lost weight by eating healthly and going to the gym and dropped two dress sizes (14 to a 10) and at least three cup sizes. My back went from a 40 to a 36 and my cup size from a E/F to a C/D. My bust is still larger than I would like but it is a lot more comfortable to live with! It was also amazing finding dresses that fitted at the bust without being tent like at the bottom and being able to wear tighter tops!
