Anyone else had problems with this company - I took out a subscription - then after numerous long phonecalls, sometimes through to wrong!!!! department - was offered a reduced subscription �5 a month - thought I'd cancelled- then find out I hadn't and they've been charging me �9.99 for three months.
Long phonecalls to get through to the wrong department and now waiting for a phonecall from their service dept to sort it out !!!!!!!!!

el j--apart from ringing them up to order it(& that call was ok)--i havent had to contact them--i have it on freeview and no probs at all--a few mates .that have it,are happy with it too

Yes they were fine when I wanted it but wait till you want to cancel

A few months back I had bother with Setanta
I had them on a promotion for 3mth with Sky.
As I didn't want to continue after that period,I telephoned to cancel which I thought had been done then A payment was taken from my bank account I tried to phone again but there was never
any reply just automated services that would
drive you up the wall, I only got it sorted when
I had a telephone call asking me for bank details
etc and then it was eventually sorted, Bit of
a nightmare dealing with some companies!
Just yesterday I had telephone message from
Setanta offering me the Calzaghe fight for �5
as you can imagine I declined. I might end
up "boxing" someone!!
