Can anyone suggest a good way of getting burnt on plastic chopping board off my ceramic hobs, ive chipped as much off as poss but still loads on. Help. Will try anything.

Try using some kitchen roll and rubbing an iron over the top so that the iron melts the plastic and is absorbed by the kitchen roll.

one of them stanley blade scraper thingamy bobs will get it off
