Translation websites are generally pretty useless. I went to the one Tigerlily provided a link to above and entered the SAS's motto, 'Who Dares Wins'. It came back wth 'Quisnam praesumo wins'! That's right, the word 'wins' was still in English and, in addition, 'praesumo' means 'I dare' and not 'he dares', which is the form it should take.
Phone your local secondary school and find out if they have a Classics Department or even just a single teacher of Latin. If they do, try to get in touch. Failing that, approach the local Catholic priest for help. They - certainly the older ones - will usually be familiar with Latin.
In my experience of such requests as yours here on AnswerBank, I'd advise you to take no notice of an 'answer' that is unsupported by more expert opinion, as J suggests...especially if it is going to end up indelibly printed on your skin!
PS This is not a criticism of you, Tigerlily!
