Finding pub owners

I am trying to find the group that owns two pubs I have been in recently which do exceptional food. Waterfold Farm Bury is one and Lymefold Farm in Haydock is the other, there websites do not give any information and emails are not answered.
I wanted a national or indeed local list of these pubs.
Is ther a directory or anything that could help.

They are both owned by Cloverleaf Pubs Ltd. The website and more info is here.
I agree it wasn't easy to find this out - for some reason the brand behind the pubs don't promote that fact.

I have struggled for weeks with this.
You are totally correct in that even the staff don`t know who they work for.
A bit odd saying the pubs are well run and serve good food.
