how do i copy from skyplus planner to dvd

plsy on sky+ use your dvd (via scart) to record (you'd have to read the dvd instructions)
but it's probably easier to record it on sky+ and then use the copy (red button) option - that way you know you've got it .... and if you mess up ... you just try again

Connect using a scart lead. When I do this switch to the EPG, choose the programme to transfer, choose the red button, Copy, but with this choice once you start transferring there is no pausing. Choose the recording section on your DVD which for me is Guider, go through the various stages such as choosing DVD , Stereo, SP, LP or EP, to the Go position. By now the picture of the EPG screen will be on a small screen, press Select and after a short time the film will begin to play, wait for the beginning of the film and press Go on the DVD handset. An indication that recording is actually taking place will appear at the top of your TV screen.
