Lupus, how'd it start ?
4 Answers
Hi does anyone have, or know of anyone who has Lupus?
I was diagnosed with Raynauds last year and had an ANA blood test which found antibodies in my blood but the doctors couldn't figure out why they were there.
Lupus was mentioned to me but I didn't seem to have any of the symptoms so I thought nothing of it.
But I've started noticing every now and then the butterfly type rash on my cheeks, it isn't swollen or raised, just red and weird looking.
I've started to get some joint pains too but I don't know if that's connected because I've started going to the gym more often recently lol.
Would just like to hear from anyone who has Lupus or knows someone who has it and can tell me how their symptoms started out, things like that.
Thanks,
xx

Leave off the gym for a week and see if your joint pains go.
Take a photo of the rash, and take a photo when you don't have it.
Keep a diary of symptoms.
