Computer address link

I am unable to open the link address to find answers to my crossword questions. I have tried just highlighting the link and double clicking it, no success, and I have tried copy and paste, no success. Nor can any of my friends. What am I doing wrong please. [email protected]

I can only access by copying into IE and opening a new page

The link in your email has extra character(s) attached. (AB Programmers' fault).

The Cure
Copy the link from your email.
Paste it into the address bar of you browser.
Delete the extra character(s) - It has to start with http:// and end with .html. If I remember correctly, the email has an extra > on the end.
Finally Press Go, or Enter
