Purple boots in Cosmopolitan magazine october 2004

I saw a pair of boots in the october 2004 edition of cosmoplitan but i'm just unable to find where to buy them. They're a purple suede knee-high which lace up at the front. I think they said they're made by Office but i'm not sure. Please help.

Thanks for that link but i've looked and they don't seem to be there either. These are one pair of elusive boots i can tell you that lol.
