Firewall warnings

I have a laptop with Vista and used Zone Alarm free as a firewall.
After upgrading Vista I got a warning that True Vector had an incompatability problem and I could not use the internet. The end solution was to uninstall Zone Alarm after which it worked fine.
However each time I boot up I get two of the same messages telling me that I have an incompatability problem. How do I disable these messages?

Sounds as if your video card is not Vista compatible - did you check before you installed?

I have a Vista operating system but will look at the suggestions for XP and see what I can find.
