My dog goes wild when we have an actimel or a danone, she only has the last little drop at the bottom of the pots. and even then she looks at you with disgust as there is no more in it. she looks like a little lamb, i know that its full of friendly bacteria but is that the same in dogs.

My guess is it is the same yeasty enzyme that compels dogs to stick their nose in strangers' crotches.

In terms of you rQ though Josaphine, I am sorry I don't know about how a dog will take to probiotic stuff. She sounds like it's doinge her no harm so far!
