Seperate Measles Mumps Rubella

Does anyone know of anywhere in France I can go to get my child vaccinated seperately? I am not prepared to pay the U.Ks prices of nearly 300 for something I feel should be available to me and other parents refusing the M.M.R vaccine on the N.H.S at a reduced price.
Many Thanks

I think I am about to be less use than none!
My daughter was given mmr triple jab - 16 years ago, or thereabouts - as did all my friends who had small children. I do not personally know anyone who has ever had a problem with this.
I just wanted to give you my opinion and I do not mean to sound as if I am judging you.
I can't actually answer your question though, sorry.

Well I can't imagine why you would want to refuse a perfectly safe vaccination in favour of paying for having the three elements seperately, but it's your money and your child, and therefore your decision.
If you want seperate injections because of a supposed link between the MMR jab and autism, I think you should do a bit of homework - that particular scare was shown to be a scare a long time ago.

surely travel to and from France, plus any medical examinations that may be needed prior to an injection will cost you more? As far as i am aware they are given at different dates too when individual.
And what price to pay if you are adamant that your child will not have the MMR (thats your choice, fair enough) get it done as soon as possible, thats all i can say

Blimey!!! There are a lot of people sucked into the media coverage of this vaccination, aren't there!
Firstly my daughter reacts extremely badly to vaccinations, I have done my homework regarding autism, its a shame the rest of Britain doesn't follow suit (I have recently written a thesis on vaccinations) and my reasons for choosing to have m.m.r in individual jabs has nothing to do with that particular scare story.
She will be having the vaccine-not because I believe there will be an epidemic ( in Europe only 1 person has died of measles in the last 40yrs) but because we will be taking her to countries that do have measles outbreaks.
My reasons go a little deeper than the scare stories made up by the government and broadcast by the media; those that worked on the triple vaccine should know that our government sponsor the very companies that make the triple dose M.M.R therefore want the demand for it to be as big as possible and will go to any lengths to fill their greedy pockets (i.e banning the single jabs on the n.h.s and putting fear into the community via the likes of the Daily mail etc!).
I will not be making my daughter suffer for the sake of funding this corrupt government.
Oh and speaking of government, if the M.M.R is so good then why did Tony Blair refuse to tell us if his children received the jab?

oh my god, vaccination is all a plot by Gordon Brown to get rich? Thank heavens you told us. As for Blair, he always refused to tell the world anything about how he raised his children, which is only fair to them, I would have thought; start talking about them and the press has licence to say anything they want about them. But wouldn't going private in the UK be a lot cheaper than going to France? I think Eurostar still gets government subsidies too, so they're doubtless part of the plot
