Me and my family are about to lease a pub in the local village and are thinking of introducing food to the menu nothing fancy at all ! just simple quick food, does anone know where i can find any information about the do's and don'ts or health and safety issues or anything illegal ????, whether i need to go on a course??? many thanks

As a minimum, the responsible person needs Food Hygiene Certification. Google it - there are hundreds and hundreds of training providers.
