So you've met someone online. This person seems finebut you're not sure. Should you go on a date? Well, here's something to consider: Those initial emails with a new person are actually loaded with information that can help you decide, ahead of time, whether he or she is worth going on a first date with

The positive signs

1: The other person keeps the momentum going
2: The other person knows the value of a phone call.
3: This person pays attention to details

And the not-so-positive signs

1: They keep rescheduling
2: They're too eager
3: They evade questions

Well opinions ?

Legend, just to actually answer your question (well it doesn't but it's my experience) as you know, I recently went on a date with someone I've met on here, it happened quite quickly after we first started chatting, but I agree with what others have said, it's become very much the norm these days and I think a lot of the risks you can associate with meeting strangers online can also be said of meeting people in pubs, clubs etc. Plus for someone in my situation, it's one of the easiest ways to meet people as well.
