hi all i am having baby grape christening in two weeks and the church have asked what hymn i would like.
does any1 know of a hymn that is resonablly well known and suits the occasion.
my mum said all things bright and beutiful but i think that's a bit tacky

You right Tonyted; I read the question but failed to pay attention.

I don' t see it being tacky, I see it as being appropriate, the lyrics are lovely.
I read the question too! I don't think any hymns are tacky but I guess it's down to personal taste.
All things bright and beautiful fits so well with a Christening as that's just what a baby is.... Bright and Beautiful.
