hi just wonderin if any1 can help wi this prob, thanks in advance for all comments.
4 months ago my landlord wrote me a letter saying that he was going to come into my home and remodernise it all, (i am a private tenant) he started wi the bathroom, which is still not finished, he has turned up one day every few weeks done a bit and gone, the bath is about 3 inch higher at the plug end, mould is coming through the paint, no 2 tiles are level, and the toilet is not screwed into the floor!! i have been living like this for almost 4 months, i still pay my rent in full and on time. he just rang to tell me to clear the kitchen out because he is starting in there this weekend, am i right to tell him no, or dose that give him the right to kick me out, also will it stop me getting a council house if i say no?? i just dont want to live without a kitchen for as long as i have a bathroom, as this has been extremely upsetting and costly.
any advice is much apreciated.
thank you

Realistically, you can't deny him if he wants to make changes, but it being your home, you should have a right - moral one at least - to any such jobs being completed before another is started. Have you thought about seeing the CAB?
