i have legs that are really rough, patchy and spotty is this a condition ive tried moisturiser it doesnt work its really embarassing

It could be Keratosis Pilaris, tasha.

i think thats what ive got. i cant believe theres no cure its so embarrasing though i hate people seeing my legs, thanks x

I know, tasha, it's a shame. My sister has it on her leg and the backs of her arms.

The only thing that she has found improves it, is to exfoliate and moisturise regularly. Fake tan also helps to minimise the appearance.
