Just read that one of Britains oldest hunt masters, sheila castle, 84, died after falling off her horse.

A better end than being ripped apart by a pack of wild dogs I would think.

Now now Zac, the fox wants food for her cubs.
Zac-without getting into the pros and cons of blood sports -they do it for fun -its just a jolly for the hoi polloi -serves them right !!

A fox is scavenging for food -just that we usually buy our chicken off the deli without the head and feet -nicely browned.
They actually dont catch a fox very often. its just all you city slickers dont like the idea of a fox being brutally slaughtered by dogs... which is funny as its their basic instinct to chase stuff in a pack and brutally slaughter it.

aww Zac - was only toying with ya honest !

Mind you- dont like hunting for fun- thats all I meant.
The difference between meat reared for food and fox hunting is we don't actually breed cows and then chase them around on horseback for the fun of some rich people before we slaughter and rub its blood on our faces. If the foxes were hunted for food instead of sport it would be far more acceptable.
*animals reared for food* not 'meat'.lol

A fox is a fox. It is an animal Zacsmaster. What excuse do hunters have other than it's fun. Shame the whole damn lot didn't go with her.

DarkMajes71c Most of them are city slickers and well paid tw*ts with more money than sense.
Well said Daffy.

Laughing at an old lady falling off her horse and dying, really gives you the moral high ground.

I'm not going to get into the hunting debate, I am not a fan of it but I can reasons why it should still be allowed.
I hope you lot who are using cows as an example know exactly where you food is sourced and have seen the slaughter house that it is killed in. If not your dinner might have seen just as sorry a demise as the poor fox.
