To me it means I have spent too much money on alcohol which could have been spent in better places, probably on my kids. It also means I will be grumpy and unable to deal with my toddler.

I cant handle hangovers or the thought of spending enough money on booze to get me drunk. It's been a long time since I was drunk.

It would appear to mean a problem with spelling.
I never got a hangover til I was in my 40's.
But now I can't have a drink because I'm usually the one doing the driving.
