I work in a pre-school that is charity run

We have to, as set out by OFSTED have to have, I think it's public, liability insurance just in case one of the children has a claimable accident whilst in our care.

Our supervisor has informed us that she plans to take a case to a tribunal and sue 'us'. By us one would assume she means our collective employers. We are not sure what for but a number of employees are worried about the safety of their jobs in the event of a payout should she win any case.

Would employers insurance cover such things?
