Four weeks ago we had new central heating fitted, I have just woken up to find our kitchen full of water from the central heating system. Can I claim from the installers for the damage and loss incurred. They were C.O.R.G.I. registered.
Thanks

Yes.
i would think you have 2 options, get them back to repair the leak and put right the damage caused,or claim off your own insurance, who will in turn claim off the heating company, but see how they react first, they should just come and put right any damage.
best thing to do is call them round and say you have more work, tell them the problem see what they say

if they be funny make sure you have 3-4 hoodies or thugs upstairs with baseball bats and balacalvas,

if you dont know any just walk down the dodgy part of your town, most will oblige for a tenner to buy some rocks
